Olives are the extremely healthy fruit of the olive tree and are cultivated in the Mediterranean region. There are different varieties such as Manzanilla, Hojiblanca and Cacarena olives. At the beginning, the olive is green. As they ripen, the fruit takes on a purple-brown or black colour. A distinction is made between unblackened olives and olives blackened with ferrous gluconate.

The range of olives includes sliced olives, olives without stones, olives with stones and olives with fillings. The olives are available in different sizes.
