Refined olive oil

The raw material for this oil is obtained from the first pressing and then refined. It has a neutral flavour.

Due to its heat stability, refined olive oil is particularly suitable for frying and deep-frying. It is neutral in flavour and therefore emphasises the flavour of the ingredients used.
